The Medical Center is part of Norrland University Hospital and is a large clinic with about 300 employees. We are engaged in exciting development work aimed at influencing and developing the future of healthcare in the field of internal medicine. The operations cover a large part of the internal medicine field: emergency medicine, gastroenterology, lung and allergy medicine, endocrinology and diabetes, as well as nephrology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator with us, you provide important service and enable efforts that affect many.

You will be the spider in the web who, together with the operations manager, department heads, medical managers, other management, and staff, delivers administration of the highest quality. Your tasks primarily include planning staffing and scheduling for ST doctors, including side assignments. Furthermore, you will handle administrative tasks related to employment, conduct reporting in our personnel system, and manage invoicing.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school or vocational preparatory diploma. To succeed in this role, you need to have several years of documented experience in administration and scheduling. Experience with complex scheduling, preferably in a 24/7 healthcare environment, is considered an advantage. You have excellent skills in both written and spoken Swedish. You should also have good knowledge of commonly used Office 365 programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with the resource planning system Tessa, the personnel system Visma, and/or the financial system Agresso is also advantageous.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good foresight and the ability to plan and structure your work. You are flexible, responsible, and used to working independently. Furthermore, you have excellent collaboration and communication skills as well as prioritization abilities. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a service-oriented and professional demeanor.
